Healthy Habits for Day 2 Day Life














  • Take a 10-30 minutes’ Brisk  walk every day.
  • Make time to practice meditation, yoga & prayer, They provide us with daily fuel for our busy life. 
  • Drink plenty of water 
  • Do not Skip breakfast
  • Avoid Coffee, Drink Tea (especially Green Tea)
  • Eat more fruits & Vegetables ,include fish and omega 3 fatty acids to your diet 
  • Exercise for better all round health
  • Practice good dental hygiene
  • Protect your skin from sun and pollution
  • Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.
  • Smile & laugh more.
  • Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.
  • Forgive everyone for everything.
  • Always be happy.
